Menlo Park Reconfiguration

Another great project when value to the property was added by reconfiguring the existing space into more functional and desirable floor plan. Result: house was transformed from 3b/2b to 4b/3b with mud room and a separate laundry room. The house gained two master suites and hall bath as well as gourmet kitchen with butcher block l-shape island.
